6.2 Diagnostic Assessment Process

The diagnostic report prepared by the engineer must be submitted to Pazzo Coffee Ltd (by emailing info@pazzocoffee.co.uk ). Any subsequent visits shall incur additional labour charges at a rate of £60+VAT per 30-minute interval, billed for the actual time required to complete the repair. Completing and returning the call-out form to info@pazzocoffee.co.uk is agreeing to these terms.

6.7 Discretion to Refuse Service

Pazzo Coffee Ltd reserves the absolute right, under a Parts-Only Warranty, to refuse a customer's request for an engineer call-out for any reason deemed necessary. 8.6 User-Damaged Parts

The warranty does not extend to user-damaged parts.

Recalibration may be necessary when switching coffee beans, and we recommend contacting us if you are uncertain whether recalibration is required. Please note that we cannot monitor all customer coffee purchases to determine if coffee orders change—the responsibility to assess and initiate any necessary recalibration remains with the customer.

9.14 Parts and Labour Quotes

By agreeing to a quote for labour charges and/or parts provided before or during an engineer call-out, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the total invoice price after the engineer's visit may exceed the quoted amount or any amount previously paid. This may occur if additional issues or requirements that are not covered under warranty are identified during the visit.

9.15 Warranty Exclusion Reasons

Reasons for exclusion from warranty coverage may include but are not limited to misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorised repairs, or external damage. Any additional parts or labour charges must be settled under the agreed payment terms.

9.16 Payment Default and Future Service

The Pazzo Coffee Ltd service team will not accept any further requests for engineer call-outs if payment for previous visits remains outstanding for any reason we consider valid. In the event of a dispute, once the matter has been resolved, full payment for the previous service must still be made before any new engineer call-out request will be processed.

10. Machines with No Warranty

10.1 Service Refusal

For coffee machines with no warranty, either because the current warranty has expired and not been renewed, or because the customer has invalidated the warranty due to improper use or other actions as stated in the terms of this document, Pazzo Coffee Ltd reserves the right to refuse engineer visits for any reason it deems necessary. In this instance Pazzo Coffee Ltd may recommend a coffee machine servicing company the customer can contact to book services.

If the customer wants to extend the warranty then this must be done within the current warranty period. For example, the customer can contact Pazzo Coffee Ltd by emailing info@pazzocoffee.co.uk to request pricing and extended warranty options. If the current warranty has expired then extending the warranty may not be possible. It is the customer's responsibility to make note of when their warranty expires to ensure they extend at the correct time to avoid any issues. If the customer requires a date for when their warranty expires they can receive this by requesting the date by emailing info@pazzocoffee.co.uk

10.3 Engineer Call-Out Fees

Customers may request to book an engineer call-out through Pazzo Coffee Ltd by completing and submitting a call-out request form, which can be obtained by emailing info@pazzocoffee.co.uk

A non-refundable call-out fee of £250+VAT must be paid in full prior to the engineer attending the site for repair services.

Should the engineer determine additional parts are required to complete the repair, the engineer may be unable to fully restore the machine to working order during the initial visit. Any subsequent visits shall incur additional labour charges at a rate of £60+VAT per 30-minute interval, billed for the actual time required to complete the repair. Completing and returning the call-out form to info@pazzocoffee.co.uk

is agreeing to these terms.

10.5 Discretion to Refuse Service

Pazzo Coffee Ltd shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

11. International Warranty Terms

The following terms apply to all customers purchasing coffee machines from Pazzo Coffee Ltd who intend to operate the equipment outside of the United Kingdom:

11.1 UK-Only Warranty

11.2 Third-Party Service Responsibility

Customers may, at their own discretion, engage a third-party service provider in their residing country for diagnostic or repair work. However, any and all costs incurred—including but not limited to parts, labour, travel charges, or call-out fees—are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Pazzo Coffee Ltd under any circumstances.

11.3 Return to Base Option

In the event of a potential warranty claim, the customer may opt to return the machine to Pazzo Coffee Ltd's service facility in the UK. Upon receipt, the machine will be assessed by the relevant service or technical team, and any necessary repairs covered under warranty (i.e., manufacturing defects) will be carried out accordingly.

11.4 Manufacturing Defects vs User Error

It is expressly stated that damages resulting from user error, misuse, neglect, lack of routine maintenance, scale damage, or operation outside the manufacturer's guidelines are excluded from warranty protection. Repairs arising from such issues will be chargeable and not subject to warranty provisions.

11.5 Return Shipping Costs

All transportation, packaging, customs, insurance, and associated costs involved in returning the machine to and from the UK are the full and sole responsibility of the customer. Pazzo Coffee Ltd does not accept any liability for damage or loss occurring during transit, nor does it cover shipping costs under the warranty.

11.6 Return Shipment Organisation

Once repair work has been completed—whether chargeable or covered under warranty—the machine will be prepared for collection. It is the customer's responsibility to organise and fund the return shipment from the UK.

12. Liability

12.1 Exclusion of Consequential Damages

Pazzo Coffee Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss of profits, business interruptions, consequential damages, or any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from defective or faulty equipment supplied by the company. Customers are responsible for implementing appropriate contingency measures, as Pazzo Coffee Ltd does not provide temporary replacements or compensation for equipment failure.

12.2 Timely Fault Reporting

By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer expressly acknowledges that Pazzo Coffee Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or disruption to business operations resulting from a failure to report faults in a timely manner or from the customer's failure to provide adequate access for inspection, maintenance, or repairs.

12.3 Pro-Forma and Sales Invoice Purchases

In cases where a purchase is made via a pro-forma invoice or sales invoice, the customer is deemed to have agreed to these terms as explicitly stated on the invoice. Completion of the purchase constitutes confirmation that the customer has read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions governing the sale. Pazzo Coffee Ltd's products and services are strictly subject to these terms, which can be reviewed in full at www.pazzocoffee.co.uk These terms are legally binding upon the purchasing entity unless expressly disputed in writing to Pazzo Coffee Ltd prior to order processing.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit Pazzo Coffee Ltd's statutory liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
