What Is Specialty Coffee & Is It Healthy?

Specialty coffee is high-grade coffee that’s carefully grown, picked, processed, roasted and brewed to bring out its best flavour, usually scoring 80+ on the specialty coffee association quality scale. Compared with generic supermarket “ bag coffee”, freshly roasted specialty coffee tends to offer a richer taste, more antioxidants and fewer defects, especially when it is roasted and consumed fresh.

Roasted Fresh. Delivered Direct.

Every bag of Pazzo Coffee starts with specialty-grade beans, handpicked from the world's finest growing regions — Brazil, Guatemala, Colombia, and Mexico.

We roast in small batches, every single day. No sitting on shelves. No stale bags. Your beans are roasted on demand and shipped straight from our roastery to your door.

Why does that matter?

Freshly roasted coffee has more flavour, more aroma, and more of the good stuff — antioxidants and complex tasting notes that disappear within weeks of roasting. Supermarket coffee can sit for months before it reaches you. Ours is measured in days.

Every batch is scored 80+ on the Specialty Coffee Association scale. That means rich, clean, balanced cups — whether you're pulling espresso or brewing a morning filter.

This is coffee the way it should be. Fresh, honest, and full of character
